It's an overwhelming amount of lemons. My grandma tried to make lemon jam last year, but that's a ton of work and canning for something that doesn't get eaten that often, you know? Even lemon curd is hard to use up before the jar goes off.

I guess next year I can look up more savory dishes. We already do fish, soups that need a squirt of lemon, salad dressings... anything else you can think of?
